The concept of the project is old folk home and a small hospital. Multiple modules are placed together with some buffers and intermediate spaces to enforce good separation. We adopted train like configuration where each cabin is linked in buffer zone or a wash area. However, the plan is done in a way that circulations between bedrooms and amenities are convenient for all type of residents. Internal courtyards play a major role as a space for elderly to take a stroll safety, mingle with others out in nature. The buffer openings here and there will give them connected to the outer world.
